Energy bars with honey

  • 1 dl Jakobsens Danish flower honey
  • 3 dl Jakobsens coarse rolled oatmeal
  • 1 dl peanut butter
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • A little pinch of salt
  • If necessary, a little cold water (1-2 tsp.)


1. Put the oatmeal in a food processor or blender, it should not be ground as fine as flour, but still have some texture.

2. Mix the honey and peanut butter into the oatmeal.

3. Coarsely chop the chocolate and mix it in.

4. Knead the mixture well and roll into small balls.
