Preparation

1. Drain the potatoes and dry them with a paper towel or a clean tea towel.

2. Put the honey in a frying pan and heat over a medium heat until it turns golden and has a slightly caramel-like consistency.

3. Add the potatoes and gently toss in the honey. When the potatoes have the desired colour, finally add the butter and salt.

The potatoes are then ready to serve.
