Coconut balls with honey

Ingredients

  • 400 g dates
  • 200 g figs
  • 150 g hazelnuts
  • 1 dl Jakobsens Organic Acacia Honey
  • 250 g chopped dark chocolate
  • 3 dl coconut milk
  • 500 g Jakobsens Coarse Rolled Oatmeal
  • A little lemon juice
  • Cocoa powder and coconut flour (to roll the balls in)

Preparation

1. Pit the dates and cut off the stalk of the figs. Chop both into small pieces.

2. Chop the hazelnuts into flour and mix it with the dried fruit in a food processor together with Jakobsens Akacie Honey and coconut milk. Then add the chocolate and oatmeal.

3. When the mixture has a suitable consistency, bite-sized balls can be made and rolled in coconut flour.
