Banana split for breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 ½ dl. Greek yoghurt or skyr
  • 1 handful of fresh berries
  • 2 tbsp. nut flakes
  • 1 tbsp. chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. Jakobsens Morning topping with vanilla

Preparation

1. Cut the banana lengthwise and place on a plate.

2. Spread Greek yoghurt or skyr on the banana.

3. Sprinkle with berries, nuts and dark chocolate.

4. Drizzle with morning topping and serve.
