Tuna Carpaccio

Ingredients

  • 400 g smoked tuna*
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 tbsp. Jakobsens Acacia Honey
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil and pepper
  • Garnish:
  • Olives, sun-dried tomatoes and salad
  • * Can be replaced by smoked salmon or smoked Greenland halibut.

Preparation

1. Cut the tuna into thin slices and arrange on a platter. Garnish with olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Arrange the salad on the side.

2. Mix the oil, honey, lime and pepper well and pour lightly over the tuna.

Serve with freshly baked bread.
