Ingredients
- 1 kg crab claws
- Dressing:
- 2 dl sour cream, 9%
- 6 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Jakobsens Danish Honey
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. chopped dill
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
Crab claws:
1. Put the claws in boiling water, to which salt and dill have been added.
2. Large claws are cooked for about 20 minutes, while smaller claws are cooked for about 15 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat and let them rest in the water for another 15 minutes.
4. Tap the claws lightly with a hammer so that they are easy to pick at the table.
Dressing:
Mix the dressing ingredients well.
Serve with freshly baked bread.
TIP :
The dressing can also be used for smoked halibut or prawns.
