Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • Soup:
  • Or
  • 12 tomatoes
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 3 small cloves of garlic
  • 1 cucumber
  • 125 g olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Jakobsens Danish Liquid Honey
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Possibly 2 tsp. Tabasco
  • Topping:
  • Bread croutons
  • 1 tomato
  • Basil

Preparation

1. Blend all ingredients to a creamy soup.

2. Season with salt and lots of pepper.

3. Arrange in four small bowls and serve with, for example, bread croutons, olive oil and fresh basil.
