Baked carrots with orange and acacia honey

  1. Preheat oven to 200°c
  2. Wash and scrub the carrots well
  3. Place them in a suitable roasting pan or baking dish
  4. Place the thyme stems between the carrots
  5. Squeeze the juice from the oranges over the carrots
  6. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  7. Bake the carrots in the oven for approx. 60 minutes until the carrots are tender and the juice/honey has turned into a syrup (turn the carrots regularly during this process)
