Ingredients
- Jakobsens Acacia Honey
- 500 g carrots (preferably with tops)
- 2 large oranges
- 1 bd. fresh thyme (on stem)
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°c
- Wash and scrub the carrots well
- Place them in a suitable roasting pan or baking dish
- Place the thyme stems between the carrots
- Squeeze the juice from the oranges over the carrots
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Bake the carrots in the oven for approx. 60 minutes until the carrots are tender and the juice/honey has turned into a syrup (turn the carrots regularly during this process)
