Fried pork chop with honey/mustard massaged pointed cabbage

  1. Mix honey and mustard together
  2. Finely chop the cabbage
  3. Massage the cabbage well with the honey and mustard mixture
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  5. Remove the neck chops from the fridge approx. 30 min before use
  6. Sprinkle with salt
  7. Heat a pan well
  8. When the pan is hot, fry the chops until golden on both sides
  9. Serve with fresh berries at the end
  10. Ready to serve!
