Ingredients
- 600 g neck chops

120 g Jakobsens Danish Late Summer Honey
- 120 g fish mustard
- 400 g pointed cabbage
- 1 tray of fresh berries (e.g. blackcurrants or blackberries)
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Mix honey and mustard together
- Finely chop the cabbage
- Massage the cabbage well with the honey and mustard mixture
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Remove the neck chops from the fridge approx. 30 min before use
- Sprinkle with salt
- Heat a pan well
- When the pan is hot, fry the chops until golden on both sides
- Serve with fresh berries at the end
- Ready to serve!
