Ingredients

  • 400 g Jakobsens Everyday Honey
  • 100 g butter
  • 1.5 kg red cabbage
  • 400 g blackcurrants
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 laurel leaves
  • 10 peppercorns
  • 2 dl apple vinegar
  • 2 dl water

Preparation

1. Finely chop the cabbage and fry it in a pan until it collapses.

2. Add all the ingredients and simmer for 1-3 hours. Season with honey and vinegar to control the acid balance.

3. Season with salt.
