Kale salad with blackberries and late summer honey

  • Marinade:
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Sensommerhonig
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 small finely chopped red onion
  • 4-5 leaves fresh kale
  • 100 g blackberries
  • 50 g walnuts


1. Squeeze the juice from the orange and mix with white wine vinegar, late summer honey, oil and red onion.

2. Chop the kale very finely and mix it with the blackberries and walnuts.

3. Pour over the marinade and stir well.
