  • 1 cauliflower
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g Danish honey
  • ½ dl lemon juice
  • 1 dl capers
  • 1 small bunch rosemary, coarsely chopped

1. Clean and halve the cauliflower and remove the outer leaves if they are unsightly.

2. Take a pan and heat it until it smokes. Add a little oil to the pan.

3. Fry your cauliflower with the cut side down for about 1 minute. Then turn down to medium heat and add the butter, honey and chopped rosemary.

4. Now let it cook for about 10-12 minutes, while constantly pouring a little of the butter and honey over the cauliflower.

5. Finally, when the cauliflower is tender, add the capers and lemon juice.

Season with salt and pepper.
