Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- ½ glass chilli pesto
- 20 slices bacon
- 100 g firm cheddar cheese

Approx. 30 g Jakobsens Danish Flower Honey
- Sea salt
- Coarsely ground pepper
- Svansø Aioli with tarragon
Preparation
1. Cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces, making 20 pieces in total.
2. Mix the chicken pieces with the chilli pesto.
3. Divide the cheese into 20 pieces.
4. Roll the bacon pieces with a piece of chicken and a piece of cheese in each.
5. Spread a little honey over all the pieces.
6. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
7. Place the pieces on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the pieces look delicious and crispy.
8. Serve with aioli with tarragon as a dip.
