Warm smoked salmon with pointed cabbage and cottage cheese

Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 600 g pointed cabbage
  • 360 g hot smoked salmon
  • 25 g dill
  • Dressing:
  • 240 g cottage cheese
  • 50 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 10 g lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Jakobsens Acacia Honey
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

1. Cut the pointed cabbage as finely as possible. Chop the dill and break up the salmon into smaller pieces.

2. Mix all the ingredients together for the dressing and season with salt and pepper.

3. Mix everything together and arrange on plates or in bowls.
