Ingredients
- Marinade:

100 g Jakobsens Danish Flower Honey
- 1 dl oil
- 1 lime, juice of 1 lime
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp. chili flakes
- 50 g sweet mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 pork chops
- Pea cream:
-
2 tbsp. Jakobsens Danish Liquid Honey
- 200 g peas
- 25 g butter
- Salt and pepper
- For serving:
- 400 g new potatoes
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 tbsp. pea shoots
- 50 g hazelnut flakes
Preparation
Marinade:
1. Mix honey, oil, lime juice, garlic, chili flakes, mustard and salt together to make a marinade.
2. Turn the pork chops with the marinade and leave to soak for at least an hour.
Pea cream:
1. Pour boiling water over the peas and let them steep for 1 minute.
2. Drain the peas and blend them in a mini chopper with honey, butter, salt and pepper to make a coarse pea cream.
Serving:
1. Boil the potatoes until tender.
2. Grill the pork chops and asparagus at high heat. Brush the asparagus with oil while grilling.
3. Arrange the pea shoots on a plate. Top with the pea cream. Cut the chops into bite-sized pieces and serve with new potatoes. Finish by sprinkling with hazelnut flakes.
Tip:
The potatoes can also be tossed with the pea cream.
