YOUR JUDGEMENT
Ingredients
- 4 dl cream
- ½-1 dl good white wine (preferably a little sweet)
- 1 dl fresh basil (finely chopped)
- ½ dl pork stock
- 5-6 whole garlic

1-2 tbsp. Jakobsens Organic Acacia Honey
- ½ dl grated cheese (like parmesan)
- 125 g bacon
- 500 g pasta
Preparation
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
2. Then cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan until crispy. When the bacon is almost done, add 3 garlics.
3. Mix the remaining ingredients (garlic, white wine, cream, stock, basil and honey) in a saucepan for the sauce and simmer over low heat. Season with salt, pepper and honey.
Mix the pasta with the sauce and add the cheese.
Finally, garnish the dish with fresh basil.
