Mustard sauce with capers and honey

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • ½ tsp. finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp. capers
  • 1-2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2-3 dl whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. strong mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Jakobsens Danish Honey
  • ½ glass dry white wine

Preparation

1. Lightly fry the red onion, garlic and capers in olive oil in a hot pan.

2. Add mustard, Jakobsens Danish Honey and dry white wine - stir over low heat and add whipping cream.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

A delicate sauce for most meat dishes.
