Honey marinated green beans

  • 2 tbsp. Jakobsens Danish honey
  • 2 tbsp. condimento (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 400 g green beans
  • 150 g mixed green salad
  • 1 small red onion
  • 125 g mozzarella balls
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 slices bacon or Parma ham
  • 1 small chive. chives


  1. Mix honey with condimento and olive oil
  2. Give the beans a quick boil in lightly salted water, put them in a colander and pour cold water over them.
  3. Toss the beans in the honey marinade
  4. Cut the red onion into small cubes
  5. Arrange the salad on a plate and top with the red onion, mozzarella and blueberries.
  6. Slice the cherry tomatoes and arrange them over the salad.
  7. Spread the honey-marinated beans over the salad
  8. Cut the bacon or Parma ham into strips, fry until crispy and arrange over the salad
  9. Sprinkle chopped chives over the salad and serve
