Cheese balls with nuts, cranberries and honey

  • 100 g goat's cream cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. Jakobsens liquid Danish honey
  • 100 g pecans
  • 75 g dried cranberries
  • ½ dl. fresh mint


  1. Beat the two cheeses well with cinnamon and honey.
  2. Chop the pecans and stir half of the nuts into the curd
  3. Coarsely chop cranberries and cut mint into strips
  4. Mix the rest of the nuts with the cranberries and mint
  5. Form small balls of the curd and dip them in the nut-cranberry mixture
  6. Chill the cheese balls until serving, and serve with extra honey
