Smoothie bowls with honey-roasted gluten-free oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 250 g mixed frozen berries, mango or blueberries
  • 1 dl. Jakobsens gluten-free oatmeal coarse rolled
  • 5 dl. milk or yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. Jakobsens liquid Danish honey
  • Topping
  • 2 dl. Jakobsens gluten-free oatmeal coarse rolled
  • 1/2 dl. Jakobsens Danish honey
  • Fruit, berries, seeds and grains

Preparation

1. Blend banana, avocado, berries, oatmeal, milk and honey until smooth.

2. Toast oatmeal in a pan with honey.

3. Arrange the smoothie bowl in bowls and serve with honey-roasted oatmeal and fresh fruit, berries, seeds and grains.
