Spinach salad with raspberries and honey-lime marinade

  • Marinade:
  • 1 tsp. finely grated lime zest
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tbsp. Danish liquid honey
  • 150 g fresh baby spinach
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 2 school cucumbers
  • 100 g feta cheese


1. Mix the lime zest with the lime juice, oil and honey.

2. Arrange the spinach with raspberries and blueberries in a bowl or dish.

3. Slice the cucumbers and crumble the feta and add both to the salad.

4. Drizzle with the marinade just before serving.
