Ingredients

1400 g Jakobsens Acacia Honey
- Or

1400 g Jakobsens Everyday Honey
- 7-10 pieces of your favorite chilies
Preparation
1. Rinse the chilies well and cut off the tops. Cut about half of them into thin slices. Remove the seeds if you want to reduce the potency.
2. Heat the honey to 75°C in a thick-bottomed pot.
3. Add the chilies.
4. Heat again while stirring for 1-2 minutes.
5. Pour your honey into jars and let it steep for at least 30 minutes without a lid.
6. Your honey with chili is now ready to serve.
Tip: For a long shelf life, you can replace the fresh chilies with dried chilies or chili flakes.
