Ingredients

1400 g Jakobsens Acacia Honey
- Or

1400 g Jakobsens Everyday Honey
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of fresh rosemary
Preparation
1. Peel the garlic cloves and blanch in boiling water for 60 seconds. Dry thoroughly on a tea towel.
2. Rinse the rosemary and dry on a tea towel.
3. Heat the honey to 75°C in a thick-bottomed saucepan.
4. Add the rosemary and the blanched garlic.
5. Heat again while stirring for 1-2 minutes.
6. Pour your honey into jars and let it steep for at least 30 minutes without a lid.
7. Your honey with garlic and rosemary is now ready to serve.
Tip: For a long shelf life, you can replace the fresh garlic and rosemary with dried garlic and rosemary.
