Ingredients

1400 g Jakobsens Acacia Honey
- Or

1400 g Jakobsens Everyday Honey
- 1 bunch of fresh thyme
- 1 bunch of fresh rosemary
Preparation
1. Rinse the rosemary and thyme well and dry on a tea towel.
2. Heat the honey to 75°C in a thick-bottomed pot.
3. Add rosemary and thyme
4. Heat again while stirring for 1-2 minutes.
5. Pour your honey into jars and let it steep for at least 30 minutes without a lid.
6. Your honey with rosemary and thyme is now ready to serve.
Tip: For a long shelf life, you can strain the fresh herbs or replace with dried ones.
