Iced tea with peach and lemon

  • 1 l water
  • 4 teaspoons green tea with citrus or as desired
  • 3 ripe peaches
  • Juice of ½ - 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. Jakobsens Acacia Honey
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint for garnish


1. Bring the water to the boil and add the four teabags.

2. Let the tea steep for 5-10 minutes and then remove the tea leaves.

3. Put the mixture in the fridge and let it get completely cold.

4. Meanwhile, remove the pits from the peaches and cut them into small cubes.

5. Now pour them into a saucepan and add the juice of ½ lemon together with the acacia honey.

6. Boil the peaches until tender, then puree with a hand blender and season to taste.

7. Pass the purée through a sieve.

8. Then mix the peach puree with the tea mixture.

9. Now serve the iced tea in a glass with ice cubes and add a few slices of peach, a slice of lemon and some fresh mint on top.
