Ingredients- 2 tsp. strong mustard (or coarse ground)

1 tsp. Jakobsens Organic Acacia Honey
- 1 dl olive oil
- 1/3 dl wine vinegar
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
PreparationWhisk the ingredients together and pour over the salad.
The flavour characteristics of the dressing are determined partly by the type of mustard and vinegar and partly by the combination of the two.
