Preparation

Hot Honey:

1. Put the honey in a patent jar or other tightly sealed glass.

2. Add chili flakes and sliced garlic.

3. Stir well and leave to infuse for a few days.

Bruschetta:

1. Rinse the tomatoes and basil and chop finely. Cut the avocado into slices.

2. Strain the tomatoes so that some of the liquid runs off.

3. Mix the chopped tomatoes and basil with a little salt.

4. Toast the bread lightly and spread a layer of ricotta on the bread.

5. Place the avocado slices on the bread and spread the tomato/basil mixture on top.

6. Finish with hot honey before serving.
