Ingredients
- 1 kg red cabbage
- 25 g butter
- 1 dl white or red wine vinegar
- ½-1 dl rib juice
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1-2 tbsp. Jakobsens Organic Acacia Honey
Preparation
1. Cut the cabbage into fine strips.
2. Melt the butter in a pan and add the cabbage with the rest of the ingredients.
Cook the cabbage under a lid on a low heat for about 20 minutes.
3. Stir regularly and season with salt and Jakobsens Akacie Honey.
Garnish with walnuts if desired.
Can be eaten both cold and hot.
