Ingredients
- 4 large herring fillets
- 1 tsp. coriander seeds
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- ½ bdt. freshly chopped dill
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 peppercorns
- 2 dl white wine vinegar
- 1,5 dl Jakobsens liquid Danish Honey
- 1 dl water
Preparation
1. Boil water, vinegar and honey.
2. Add all the other ingredients to the stock and pour over the herbs in a scalded glass.
3. Leave to infuse for at least 1 week before serving.
