Preparation

  1. Arrange the arugula on a large platter or in a bowl.
  2. Cut the pears into wedges and place them on top of the salad.
  3. Cut the burrata into large chunks and arrange them over the salad.
  4. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped almonds and freshly ground pepper.
  5. Finish with Jakobsens Strejf with chili just before serving.
