Ingredients
- 150 g arugula
- 2 large or 3 small pears
- 2 burrata
- 50 g almonds, coarsely chopped
- Freshly ground pepper

Jakobsen's Strejf with Chili
Preparation
- Arrange the arugula on a large platter or in a bowl.
- Cut the pears into wedges and place them on top of the salad.
- Cut the burrata into large chunks and arrange them over the salad.
- Sprinkle with coarsely chopped almonds and freshly ground pepper.
- Finish with Jakobsens Strejf with chili just before serving.
