Pepper ketchup

  • 3 red peppers/snack peppers
  • ½-1 chili (can be omitted)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 25 g almonds
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. liquid margarine
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Jakobsens Everyday Honey
  • Salt and pepper


1. Halve the snack peppers, remove the seeds and flatten them.

2. Grill the peppers on the skin side until it is dark and bubbles up.

3. Cool slightly, peel off the skin and grind in a multichopper or food processor with the garlic, almonds, chilli, tomato, margarine and vinegar.

Season with Jakobsens Everyday Honey, salt and pepper.

Serve with all types of grilled meat.
