Ingredients

Preparation

1. Beat the egg yolks and agave syrup until light and fluffy.

2. Blend the strawberries and mix them with the egg yolks and agave syrup.

3. Stir the sour cream into the mixture.

4. Divide the ice cream into small ice cream moulds and put them in the freezer for min. 3 hours.
