Ingredients
- 1 red pointed cabbage
- 40 g sunflower seeds

10 g. Jakobsens Acacia Honey
- 200 g tofu
- 100 g spinach
- 2 avocado
- 80 g coarse hummus
- 50 g avocado cream
- 100 g edamame beans
- Olive oil for frying
- Topping
- Chilli pesto and creamy fresh dressing
Preparation
- Carefully pluck the largest leaves of
the red pointed cabbage. Keep 8 of them. - Finely cut the remaining leaves.
- Heat a pan and add the sunflower seeds
with the honey.
Let them toast over medium heat,
while you prepare the rest. - Cut the tofu into long sticks and fry
on all sides in a frying pan. - Chop the spinach and cut into slices
the avocados. - Spread a layer of hummus and avocado cream
in the bottom of the cabbage leaf. - Top with fresh avocado, spinach, fried
tofu, edamame beans and honey-roasted
sunflower seeds. - Finish with chilli pesto or creamy fresh dressing.
