Pizza pie with walnuts, goat cheese and honey

  • Bottom of pie:
  • 80 g butter
  • 120 g wheat flour
  • 10 g wholemeal wheat flour
  • 55 g ice-cold water
  • 0.5 tbsp. flake salt
  • Filling:
  • 200 g goat's cream cheese
  • 60 g sour cream, 18
  • 60 g walnuts, roasted
  • 40 g Jakobsens Acacia Honey
  • 0,5 bdt. broad-leaved parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper


1. Blend the flour, butter and salt in a food processor to a "sawdust-like" consistency.

2. Add water until the mass comes together.

3. Divide the dough in two and leave to rest for 45 minutes in the fridge - wrap in cling film.

4. Roll out the dough on two baking trays lined with baking paper.

5. Bake the base for approx. 15-20 minutes. at 160 degrees convection oven.

6. Let the base cool.

7. Mix the goat's cream cheese and sour cream together before spreading.

8. Top with chopped walnuts, acacia honey, salt and pepper and coarsely chopped parsley.
